90 Day Limited Warranty
The HyperChiller is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety days from the date of original retail purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, alteration, accident, or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover scratching or damage that may result from normal usage.

Holiday return policy extension: Orders placed between November 15th and December 25th will be able to be returned until January 31st of the following year, subject to our other return guidelines listed below.
We are confident you'll love your HyperChiller. If for some reason you don't, just let us know. We'll take it back & even pay the return shipping (see further explanation below).
Our products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
For orders with a promotional free unit, all units must be returned for a full refund. For partial returns of orders with a promotion free unit: the first unit returned will be deemed to be the free unit, and refunds will apply to quantity returned beyond that. Example:
Buy 3 & get 1 free. Return two. (Acknowledged as a return of one free unit & one paid unit) Refund would be for the amount paid for one unit + any tax collected.
Free return shipping is offered to give you, our customers, a chance to try the product without risk. If you are unhappy and wish to return your WHOLE order, for returns initiated within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Domestic outbound shipping charges are refundable for returns initiated within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish to return anything less than your complete order, free return shipping is not offered and you will be responsible for that postage.
For domestic warranty replacements, return shipping is always free.
For international orders the shipping charges are non-refundable.
